Also known as life-care communities, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, better known as CCRCs, offer housing and health-related services either for life or for a period in excess of one year.
We list the number and types of all the beds in a facility so that a consumer can judge the size of the facility and can better judge whether the facility will be a good fit for the person needing care.
Legend:
- NSG = Nursing Home
- ACH = Adult Care Home
- ALZ = Alzheimer's Bed

Be sure to inquire about whether a bed is licensed. If a facility is licensed, it will have oversight by regulators.
Please note that sometimes a bed may be available to an individual who does not reside within the CCRC community.
